ASICS GEL – SONOMA 6 1011B050-412 DESCRIPTION The GEL-SONOMA™ 6 running shoes were designed for training in open spaces. Inspired by the ASICS line of trail running footwear, these shoes are versatile and will be a practical choice for trail running, low mountain hiking, or as a great companion on other outdoor adventures. Additionally, in keeping with a more sustainable design approach, we used fewer resources to dye the insole of these shoes. This season, the focus was on improving the fit of the upper, which is why it has a new design that makes the shoe fit perfectly in the midfoot and fifth area, and a wider area in the forefoot allows for free positioning of the toes. Synthetic stitching on the overlays has been designed to improve footwear durability, keeping feet safe and reducing slippage. Comfort underfoot is provided by a full-length AMPLIFOAM™ technology midsole and GEL™ technology cushioning placed exactly where shock absorption is needed most by runners. To increase the softness of each step, we have added the ORTHOLITE™ insole, ensuring the highest foot comfort. In addition, the multi-directional outsole improves traction on various surfaces. All these comfort-improving elements and high resistance to damage thanks to a solid rubber sole make this footwear a universal solution in difficult terrain.
