The knife sharpener is equipped with a soft, non-slip handle for comfort and safety and a non-slip rubber base for stability while sharpening. By adjusting the sharpening angle, the thicker sharpening element is designed to quickly obtain the ideal blade angle, while the thinner one is used for final alignment of the sharpened edge. Two sharpening stages offer the possibility of sharpening very blunt or damaged edges and sharpening already profiled blades.
