The chain is an essential part of the drive and a safety-relevant component. Therefore, checking the chain wear is an important part of every inspection. If the chain needs to be replaced, this can be done easily with the CONTEC ´´Connector´´ connecting link. The reusable chain link makes it possible to close the chain without tools very easy and safe: the chain ends are simply plugged onto the pins and the counterpart is pressed onto the profiled pin ends. The connecting link ´´Connector´´ is available for 1-speed, 8-speed and 9-speed chains and includes 2 sets.
