Описание

Product description: Fermion - high accuracy digital temperature sensor - MCP9808 - I2C - DFRobot SEN0435

Digital temperature sensor equipped with the MCP9808 chip and manufactured by DFRobot. It is characterized by high measurement precision in the range from -40 ° C to + 125 ° C. The accuracy of the measurement is in the range from ± 0.25 ° C to ± 1 ° C , and the resolution of the presented data is selected by the user and can be ± 0.5 ° C, ± 0.25 ° C, ± 0.125 ° C or ± 0.0625 ° C. The temperature sensor uses the I2C bus to communicate with the controller module. Works with controllers such as Arduino.

Kit contents

High Accuracy Digital Temperature Sensor - MCP9808.

The product is compatible with Arduino

A detailed user guide is available on the manufacturer's website, which makes it much easier to start working with the sensor. It contains a description of pins, connection diagrams, a library and sample program codes.

Connection diagram of the sensor with the DFRduino board - which is the equivalent of Arduino. The DFRduino board is not part of the set, it can be purchased separately in our store.

How to connect the temperature sensor - pinout description

The sensor module has solder pads to which the goldpin strip included in the set should be soldered. You should connect the conclusions according to the relationship below:

  • VCC - power pin
  • GND - the ground of the system
  • SCL - pin of the clock line of the communication interface
  • SDA - pin of the data line of the communication interface
  • ALT - alarm pin informing the user if the chip temperature rises above or below the set value
  • A0 - I2C communication interface address configuration pin
  • A1 - I2C communication interface address configuration pin
  • A2 - I2C communication interface address configuration pin
