Our floating discs have been redesigned with a wider braking surface to allow them to be used as a replacement in many other braking systems besides ours.
Characteristics:

A wide selection of sizes to choose from:140mm to 225mm.
All discs come with relevant hardware to fit the hub.
Laser cut stainless steel braking surface.
Floating and ventilated centers available in:black, silver, red, blue, purple and orange.

Standard discs are laser cut from custom sheet steel for fantastic durability.
New design with a larger braking surface to make them more compatible with brakes from other brands.
If you have an old/strange drive you´re looking to replace, there´s a good chance we can have something that fits.
Available in:140, 160, 180, 183, 185, 200, 203, 205, 220 and 225 mm.
Different bolt fixings available to suit a wide range of hub designs.

Custom steel braking surface riveted to an aluminum center bracket.

The floating design takes care of temperature changes.
Available in our six color options (225mm disc only available in black).

Ventilated discs:.
The ventilated disc is designed specifically for our Tech V series brakes.
The disc uses internal fins to allow air to flow between the two friction parts.
The induced airflow significantly reduces heat buildup on the disc.
Fantastic and consistent braking performance in wet conditions thanks to its ability to clean the layer of water through its fins.
Dyno tests show up to 15% less heat buildup compared to our floating discs.

180, 183 or 185? :.
Over the years there has been some confusion about this ´´medium´´ size disc.
Although we will continue to manufacture 183mm discs and their corresponding H and J mounts, we have decided to standardize on the most common disc size of 180mm.
This requires the use of two new mounts:L-Standard Pole Mount to Pole Mount (180mm) and N-IS Rear to Pole Mount (180mm)
