Suncraft water sharpening stone, grit 1000 [No.1000]

A small but high-quality synthetic knife sharpening stone with a grit of 1000, intended for home use. The stone is equipped with a plastic base with non-slip feet that prevent it from moving during sharpening.

Soak the stone for a few minutes before use. While sharpening, the stone should remain wet all the time.

Selection of gradation:

• #220 - #600 when the knife is very blunt or has a damaged or chipped cutting edge
• #800 - #1200 for regularly sharpened, slightly dull knives
• #1500 - #6000 for final smoothing and polishing
