Bovine without chromium is soft and light. Coming from farms in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul), the skin undergoes an innovative tanning process, without chromium, heavy metals or dangerous acids. By simplifying the tanning procedure, the use of chemicals is limited and energy consumption is reduced by 40% for water and 80% for salt. After the tanning, the water is recyclable.
